Greg and Lisa Kipp – President / Treasurer and Vice President / Secretary – Owners
Greg and Lisa purchased Trimpac in 2004. Greg has served in many different roles within the company, as Trimpac’s Production Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager since he began employment in 1994. Lisa became involved with the company in 2004 and currently handling Trimpac’s Payroll and is assisting in the Human Resource and Insurance Departments.
Wayne Zygarlicke – Purchasing Manager
Wayne brings 30 years of experience in multiple facets of business, from management of logistics & inventory control, to purchasing and operations. He has been with Trimpac since 2007 and is currently Trimpac’s Purchasing Manager.
Dave Bubolz – Project Coordinator – OEM / Manufactured Housing
Beginning employment in 1993, Dave has also come through the ranks serving in many capacities during his tenure and is currently the Sales Manager for OEM and Manufactured Housing.
Ken Wichlacz – Project Coordinator and Estimator – Contractor / Commercial / Residential
Ken began his employment in 1993 with production and cabinet manufacturing and advanced into his present position as Senior Project Coordinator and Estimator for Contractor, Commercial and Residential sales.
Marilyn Guldan – Receptionist / Accounting Assistant
Marilyn has been with Trimpac since 1997 and serves as our Receptionist. She is the pleasant voice you will typically hear when calling Trimpac. She also assists in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Troy Pankratz – Production Manager
Troy has worn many hats since beginning at Trimpac in 1996, including time on the production floor and as head of our prehung door department. He currently serves as one of Trimpac's Production Managers.
Bob Oertel – Accounting Manager
Bob has been Trimpac’s Accountant since starting at Trimpac in 1999. He is also serving as Trimpac’s Computer Network Specialist, handles Trimpac’s Insurance, Human Resources Department and assists with Payroll.
Tom Kolb – Project Coordinator / Designer / Estimator
Beginning employment in 2007, Tom brings to Trimpac 12 years of experience in AutoCAD Design technology. His experience will be an asset in designing shop drawings, fabricating drawings and design build. He will also be assisting in estimating & coordinating Commercial & Residential projects.
Dan Williams – Production Manager
Dan begins his employment with Trimpac in 2008 as one of Trimpac's Production Managers. With 24 years of experience in the field of finish application Dan is an added asset to Trimpac's residental and commerical finish departments.
