Trimpac, Inc. is a single source provider of residential and commercial wood interiors located in Marshfield Wisconsin. Trimpac has been a regional supplier over the past twenty years. Our customer base includes residential and commercial contractors, manufactured housing companies, millwork distributors, and companies with specialty wood product lines.

Trimpac’s corporate office and main manufacturing facility is located at M407 Mann Street in Marshfield Wisconsin. This facility includes 43,100 square feet of manufacturing and production space plus 4,500 square feet of administrative offices.

Trimpac’s commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence, is part of the driving force that has made it a success. Trimpac pledges, to its customers and employees, to continue to build on these same values in the future.

As a commercial finisher and manufacturer of wood products, Trimpac has been an industry leader in the application and use of environmentally compliant wood finishes. Trimpac’s strong and consistent dedication to employee health, workplace safety, and the environment was demonstrated in 1991 when the move to our new facility was accompanied by the total discontinuation of solvent base coatings containing, volatile organic compounds (V.O.C.) and hazardous air pollutants (H.A.P.). An expansion in 1994 allowed for the introduction of cutting edge technology in the form of UV curable coatings. This introduction of UV technology compliments Trimpac’s commitment to using environmentally friendly finish applications for wood products.

Today, Trimpac continues to implement a unique line of wood coatings that are designed and manufactured to provide the means to exceed the highest EPA demands of the future.

While exceeding these demands Trimpac also provides the added benefit of safety to our employee’s. Exposure to volatile materials, disposal of hazardous waste and air contaminants have been eliminated. This non-flammable, non-toxic coating application allows for simple soap and water cleanup. As a result, this technology provides healthier plant conditions, safer processes, added efficiencies and positive employee moral.

As OEM manufacturers are confronted with market demand for prefinished products, but become overwhelmed with EPA and DNR rules and regulations, they are increasingly turning to established, compliant finishers to assist them. Trimpac has invested over 20 years of diligent study and research into high performance production coatings that are user friendly, non-toxic and non-hazardous. Many coating manufacturers tell us that we are indeed an industry leader when it comes to pioneering the use of state-of-the-art application techniques and environmentally coatings.

We are pleased to see emphasis being placed on “going green” in today’s market place, and Trimpac is proud of the fact that we began the process over twenty years ago. Proof that through hard work and dedication manufacturers can be good stewards of our resources.

We continue as good stewards by supporting the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The U.S. Green Building Council is a non-profit organization that certifies sustainable businesses, home, hospitals, schools, and neighborhoods. USGBC is dedicated to expanding green building practices and education, and its LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System.

The LEED Green Building Rating System is a voluntary, consensus-based national rating system for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. LEED addresses all building types and emphasizes state-of-the-art strategies in five areas: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials and resources selection, and indoor environmental quality.

In conjunction with LEED, the forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is a nonprofit organization devoted to encouraging the responsible management of the world’s forests. FSC sets high standards that ensure forestry is practiced in an environmentally responsible, socially beneficial, and economically viable way.

Therefore, in an effort to support these organizations and their mission, we at Trimpac will undertake the task of becoming certified under FSC in the year 2008. This is an extension of what Trimpac has been practicing for the past 20 years, which was an environmentally responsible manufacturing process.

Sincerely,
